The Glenview Grind is happy to announce its grand opening scheduled for early September, 2013. The Glenview Grind will be located in the heart of downtown Glenview at 989 Waukegan Road,(southeast corner of Glenview road and Waukegan Road) the previous location of Caribou Coffee. Local businessman Perry Mandera is opening the new, high quality upscale coffee bar to meet the needs of local residents. Mr. Madera sees this as an opportunity to play a major role in the revitalization of downtown Glenview and support job retention in the community. The Glenview Grind will offer locally, high quality roasted coffee and gourmet fresh pastries and snacks provided by Meier’s Bakery. Downtown Glenview deserves a convenient meeting spot for residents to enjoy great conversation and coffee. Among the significant upgrades customers will enjoy includes powerful Wi-Fi, Flat Screen TV monitors, and a refreshed environment with a modern design including all new restrooms. Brand new state of the art equipment will allow its experienced staff to offer the best coffee, smoothies, pastries and exotic teas in town. There will be almost 100% retention of the previous staff!! Store hours will be from 5:30am-9:00pm 7 days a week.
